Just in Time for Rex Manning Day: Custom Empire Records Buttons Like Debra Makes


Happy New Year! (Hey, it's still January!) So, you've finally taken down the Christmas lights and the Festivus Pole and are already tired of the end cap displays at every store telling you that your SO needs that questionable box of chocolate on Valentine's Day? Well, intrepid holiday celebrant, you mustn't despair. You can't! Because now you can be ready weeks, even months early for the most important holiday of the year: Rex Manning Day!

Philadelphia-based artist and up-cycler Nicole Krecicki, has put together a rocker's dozen set of Empire Records themed pins (or magnets if you prefer) which are available now through her Rainbow Alternative etsy storefront. 

The DIY look of the pins would make Empire Records' Debra proud, and they line up nicely with Nicole's hand cut stencils-meets-spray paint aesthetic she brings to her original clothing and artworks. As a previous customer (I proudly rock one of these bad boys every April 8th) Nicole's creations are high quality and exceedingly unique.



Nicole's other Empire Records-themed creations include shirts, tote bags and objets d'art that you won't find anywhere else. With Rex Manning Day approaching, now is the perfect time to pick up something to wear to show your spirit on what is becoming an annual tradition for more and more fans each year.
