One of a Kind Neil Peart Splash Cymbal to Raise Money for Kitten Rescue
Do you love the band Rush? Do you want to help save the lives of cats and kittens? You can if you are the winning bidder of a one-of-a-kind Sabian 10" splash cymbal, made for and autographed by Neil Peart.
To quote Ferris Bueller: "If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up." If you are a Rush fan that can afford it (and based on the scalped ticket prices some will pay to see the legendary Canadian rockers, there are plenty who can) this is one of those pieces of rock & roll memorabilia that "must have" doesn't begin to describe.
Made exclusively for Neil Peart for the Time Machine tour, Rush has donated this cymbal to Kitt Crusaders, a non-profit charity which rescues cats and kittens from the streets and perhaps more importantly, from high kill-rate Los Angeles City shelters. Big Money got a mighty voice and yours can do a power of good to save the lives of kitties and get you a unique Rush artifact at the same time.
Bidding for the cymbal is open now and continues for seven days as of the time of writing. You can also support this wonderful organization directly by donating or, if you are in the Southern California area, by adopting one of their furry feline rescues.
